1. The 5-Day Window
You have exactly 5 calendar days from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier to request a return.
Return requests submitted after this 5-day window will be strictly denied. No exceptions will be made.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must pass a rigorous inspection. The item must be:
Unworn and Unused: Showing absolutely no signs of wear, alteration, or use.
Unwashed: Free from any odors, perfumes, cologne, smoke, or detergent scents.
Original Condition: Must have all original tags permanently attached and remain in its original, undamaged packaging.
Free of Damage: No makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or physical damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a discount code.
Intimates, underwear, swimwear, or accessories.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
4. The Return Process
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unapproved returns will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
Request Authorization: Contact our support team at [ aurelen.in9@gmail.com ] with your Order Number and the reason for the return within the 5-day window.
Approval: If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Shipping: You must ship the item back to us within 48 hours of receiving your RMA number. Provide us with the tracking number immediately.
5. Shipping Costs and Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect the item.
If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (or as Store Credit, if that is your preference).
Failed Inspections: If the item does not meet all of our eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
