You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Due to the curated nature of our collections, we strictly adhere to this window to ensure our inventory remains fresh for all customers.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Original Condition: The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Tags Attached: All original Aurelen tags and packaging must be intact.

• No Alterations: Items that have been tailored or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

4. Refund/Exchange: Approved returns will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping fees).

Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
