Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
All original tags and labels must be intact.
The saree's blouse piece must be attached and untampered with.
The item must be in its original packaging.
MANDATORY: Unboxing Video Requirement To initiate a return or replacement, a clear and uncut unboxing video is required. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed state and the defect/damage/wrong item clearly. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed. This is a mandatory step to protect both you and our business from transit-related issues.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

Provide Details: In your message, include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and attach the mandatory unboxing video and supporting photos.
Review: Our customer care team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.
Resolution:
For Replacement: If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the original item. A brand new replacement piece will be dispatched to you once the original product is received and passes our quality check.
For Return/Refund: If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Once we receive the item and it passes our quality check, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Items Not Eligible for Return: Items purchased during a "Sale" or using a special discount coupon cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
